Bugs Loved the game was hooked, Upgraded size of my store it didn't take my in game dollars and increased shop anyway then ever since I have never been able to watch videos to improve customer mood, makes buying for a useful price pretty much impossible without continually investing my real money on the game. Which I'm not prepared to do. Don't mind spending cpl quid here and there on games but not when it's constantly required just to play. Would love a fix, would be 5 star if fixed

Not a very happy customer I love the tv show so I downloaded this game it was fun to start off with but then watch video mode turned off and won't let me watch any more to get customers moods to happy. It isn't just my game it's also my other 2 house mates who have the problem too.

Don't work Downloaded the game and played for about 3mins. It then told me I needed an internet connection to play, yet I am connected. Have tried a few times to get back in to play an it won't even load before telling me I need internet. Like the game on FB but fix the bugs for us mobile users an I may reinstall
Jack It takes alittle to long for someone to come In to sell something, an the only option is to buy the goods there's no 'pawn'about it. An this being a pawn shop , I think that would have been a big part of the game. Its a ok game but it seems y'all sold it on the name an didint put as much effort into it as u should have .
Only useful for shop As soon as I go to the backroom, the game crashes 4 no reason. Maybe because the fact u can't repair items ingame and finish collections like in the fb version. So if u really want an item 4 a collection u best remember it from the fb version so u can hold on to it in this version of the game and don't accidentally put it up 4sale
Great game Love this game, great idea. A few suggestions. 1. Being able to move the counter. 2. Counters that connect with other counters and the items being displayed inside behind glass. 3. Out of shop missions. Going to various locations with a Rick, chum, gdad or hos to buy items. 4. Customers who come in to buy and not to sell so bartering with them when selling. 5. A catalogue showing a history of what you've bought and for how much. Uninstalled, got boring.
Videos Every time I try to watch a video to improve mood it says error and makes me restart. So I either let em walk or waist my candy if its a good piece worth good money if you fix that ill change my rating.. Thank you ive got over 3 million dollars and a awesome store I play it everyday please help its the only game I enjoy. Great game I loved show on tv and game us great 2. I love that can use skills i got from shop buying and selling things. Hope with levels up will get more offers on more expensive stuffs. But really great game and entertainment. Thanks team for good job and that longest game coment i ever wrote lol
Neat game UNINSTALLED! Was a decent game, until my son switched my clerks and I couldn't get my clerk to save again. I tried everything, even the tips offered by the game's support team, but nothing worked. Now, I tried to log in and the game is no longer linked to my Facebook and it wants me to start over. I refuse to do that, sorry...
Love this game. Its a nice game to play. Who ever watch pawn star show, will really love plying this games. But there is one thing this game needs improvement. The graphics not that good, game play not so smooth. When ever I try to move the object, it takes time to get with it. Plus there is no sound or music in this game. So I wish you will do good in the updates. Thank you.
Has potential! This game is fun and makes me feel like I'm part of the Gold and Silver Pawn shop. It was fun to have to figure things out myself, but it would be better to have a more explanatory tutorial. One things that particularly bothers me is that there are too many things in the shop that cost candy, many items costing a lot of candy. However, I'm not letting that get to me, I'm enjoying the game nonetheless.
Fun at first Fun when you're able to watch ads to help bring customers or improve mood. But they don't tell you that's temporary. Uninstalled after it became unavailable. Game also has a number of bugs. Punch zoom doesn't work on V10 and occasionally you have to restart app to sell items.
Its ok I would love this game if there wasn't so many bugs won't let u sale some items I have to put the shelf in storage then put it back up and wait all over again to sale the item absolutely ridiculous and takes to long to get customers. Really disappointing
Such crap Deleted and installed 3 different times and the same bs keeps happening. Wont let me change my offer any higher then a dollar. Can't click on half the things I got for sale. Can you seriously take these issues into consideration and fix it.
I really love it Its connected at fb games see for yourself. Lots of improvement u can go at roadto buy stuff and fight for the price, u can collect things then put them together for higher price, u can also call for expert to analize the stuff to find out if itz real or not and more theres also a quest itz like playing the real pawn star tv series... Great game It is a great game but can't restore anything or sell certain items on mobile galaxy s4 also has a problem with not letting me sell items on the shelf but that can be fixed by switching rooms and coming back to the room. Will defiantly rate hire if they fix the glitch and the restore feature
Lots of bugs I loose 50% of my selling merchandise every time I close and open the game. I loose anything hanging on the wall (picture frames, documents etc.) And loose anything sitting on the floor (just lost corn shucker, musket, and navigation dome. I lost an entire shelf of goods and the shelf itself! Would be a cool game if not for the bugs. Fyi I'm on verizon s6 edge.
Big problem! I played this very game on Facebook a couple years ago, no problems. Here on my tablet, I'm looking at two items with a 400% profit, and when I tap the item to accept the offer, it won't 'register' that I'm clicking anything. I'm just freaking tapping, and tapping and tapping! How is one supposed to sell their stuff if they can't even selet the item? Fix that one thing please and I'll give 5 stars.

But I do have one main problem, whenever I'm trying to sell stuff (sometimes) I'll be getting prices on the item, but once I hit to accept or anything, it won't even let me press anything on that item, it works for another one, but not that one. Suddenly occured the problem It was working proprly till today morning but suddenly a problem occured. Whenever i open the game it shows that internet connection is not available. The same thing is happening in my another device. I jave checked my internet connection is proper and everything is working properly by using the data only this game is not working and shows that internet connection is not available.
Missing Important Features There's a bunch of key features missing from the game on fb. You can't restore items. Although micro transactions are available to buy parts its unusable. Also you can't take road trips. Daily bonus seems to be missing as well.
Okay game but Just so so many glitches, bit pathetic for a game with 1 million downloads and it can't even save progress, let alone the sporadic price differences ha! Brilliant concept though, just needs refining.
Buyer issues In my game i have vehicles and it said 44 minutes till buyer found then i come back and it say's 0 minutes till next buyer and it wont let me sell it. And yes i have tried to reset it. After this is fixed five stars and i will tell my friends about the game too. Thanks :)
Video not available The little watch the video to get more people into your store no longer works. Which sucks cause you can't boost their mood anymore either so I lose alot of things due to that. It's worked perfectly fine yesterday.
Really wish things would replenish I wish you got so many free candy per day like most games, and in one day I used like 20 free videos to get offers and such. Been 4 days, no videos available since so I'm pretty much stuck, unable to haggle.
App needs major improvements The app crashes a lot and needs to be closed out and reopened to finishing selling items. It appears there are several bugs that developers need to test the environment on all devices before the releasing updates. Maybe one day they will hire developers that know how to maintain this app.
I want to enjoy this game, but I can't. This game is simple, but frustrating. The glitches and bugs need to be fixed. I have stuff on my wall that I can't sell or even click on. Some stuff gets glitched and can't be sold on the shelf. I'm pretty sure I'm missing items of value from having shut the game off at one point and turning back on. It's not worth the trouble Freezes, glitches, crashes, can't seem to understand when something is being selected either, won't load offers adds to get more customers or the game then starts to play then stops, crashes, and you have to restart the game to find that was all a waste of time because everything reset back. Items are getting repetitious and boring. Honestly, you have real life examples every day and this is the best we get? Updated and can't even load the game, so I'm uninstalling and lowering my rating appropriately.
Videos I downloaded this game and after 1 day it wouldn't allow me to use the video option to make customers happy anymore. Please advise as to why this has happend. My boyfriend has the game and his video option is working. This is very frustrating as I can no longer move forward with my game.
Worth the glitch Once I got into playing I was glad I downloaded it but quickly found out that I had to close out of the game and get back in if I wanted to sell an item. It's frustrating. Sometimes it'll let me tap on the item to sell but most of time it won't. Rate higher if it wasn't for this issue.
Good game but problem The game is fun but if you watch a video to do something, for example to get an offer or a new customer. The game stops saving after that moment! Needs to be fixed, otherwise would have been 5 stars.
Had a few problems For one I can't even sell some of my things. Second of all, after a certain amount of time it kicks me out of the game for no reason with no warning. And last of all it lags bad, sometimes I can't even press an item I want to sell, even if pressed the button for selling items.
This game was awesome few years back. IDK what happen to the game. Developers ruined the nice game that they had. Right now the only thing you can do is to buy and sell,no other mission such as collecting some items to have a bundle and restoring the bad items. The game is boring now.
Game a little slow Game a little slow. I wish it sold more and had more action to it. Maybe a few clips and quizzes like the show to win money and things. Possibly ask questions about the it's such as which season did this appear or things to win stuff. A little more interactive. Maybe coming from an IT and history geek I see more potential for this game.
I enjoy the game I haven't played in a while so recently download the game and link through facebook luckily all my items were there, but everytime I try to go in my back room the screen goes black and takes me to my phone home screen no errors come up. Would like to finish projects! Please fix!
Poor optimization First of all i was excited for this app until i started playing. Horrible optimization, app continues runjning full charged and with sound even when on background. After a while buttons stop responding and you have to restart it. Also drains battery like hell. Nexus 5 user. Update : after it started rollbacking purchases and transactions i uninstalled.
Love it but there needs to be a save button Need more characters.I walked outside to get my mail at home and lost WiFi for probably 10 secs. When I came back in I find out my game restarted and all my progress went from LEVEL 7 to level 1. I have didn't recieve 3 days worth of points just for playing the game.
It was 5 stars. Now all you have to do is keep watching videos when the customers get angry then you can buy everything for free after they keep going lower on the price. Too hard not to cheat it once you know the trick.
I used to love it... I've had the app several times, but this problem just happened. Some of my shelves when I move them to the back of the room get stuck there and I can't move them. At all. And some items that I put on shelves it won't let me sell them once I put them on shelves. When the tag shows up it won't let me click on it. I can't move it or remove it also. I'd like an option to remove things or everything in the room.
